Well hello September! Are you ready of Autumn or sorry to see Summer go? I’m hoping with the crazy & unpredictable English weather that Mr sunshine might still have a few sunny days left in him yet (here’s hoping). Before we leap down the rabbit hole of September & our busiest month of the year for Joanne Truby Floral Design I wanted to share with you our August Floral Highlights.

There were sweeping stair case garlands & urns at Addington Palace….

Gold Candelabra’s

A shower bridal bouquet made using NO oasis foam, an achievement I’m particularly proud of.

Classic whites for Steph & Paul and an adorable flower crown for their little girl Sophie, sometimes I really wish the internet provided scratch & sniff what with the peonies (I know in August it was crazy we managed to get our hands on some!) sweet peas & mint you can only imagine how wonderful it smelt!

Gorgeous Dahlia’s (my personal favourite flower at the moment), figs, nectarines lashings of foliage and oh yeah lets not forget the 200 hanging flowers!

Natalie’s bridal bouquet, our most popular bouquet on instagram to date & it is a stunner made up of pink peony roses, sweet peas, astilbe, lisianthus, wax flower, cow parsley & mixed foliage’s.

Gorgeous peaches, whites & creams with cafe au lait dahlias, I think the one pictured below speaks for itself, pure perfection!

The perfect end to August came with our fleurs being featured on Rock My Wedding with our Glam Industrial Meets Botanical Shoot, more on that to come in another post, for now here’s a little taste with a shot of the gorgeous table set up image by Anushe Low, china & cutlery by Coral & Bone and table cloth from Table to Dine For.
