Autumn Vase Class

Lean into one of my favourite seasons and embrace all the beauty that autumn has to offer in our Autumn Vase Class. From the bountiful colours of the leaves as they begin to turn to warm golden sunset tones. The richness of the berries and the rose hips, whimsical grasses with their delicate movement and subtle textures, vibrant dahlias and maybe even a crab apple of two! There is much to enjoy and saviour from this enchanting season. Take time for yourself to slow down from the noise of the outside world and be creative with flowers.

In this Autumn Vase Class I shall guide you through how to create a natural autumnal vase arrangement for you to take home and have on display. Using locally sourced ingredients that really reflect the current time of year we are in. I will show you how to arrange your flowers sustainably using what I call the ‘griding’ technique. I will also share tips on how to keep your flowers looking fresher for longer.

All the materials for the class are included along with a glass of bubbly (a non-alcoholic option will also be available) and slice of cake to enjoy whilst you get creative. I shall also capture images of everyone’s arrangement which I shall send to you after the class. The arrangement itself is course yours to keep and take home with you as well.

The class is to take place in my garden studio based in Sidcup (full address details shall be sent to you via email after booking). The class is aimed at complete beginners but also those who may have dabbled a little with floristry before.
