Summer Bowl Workshop

Creating a beautiful seasonal bowl arrangement, I have to say is one of my most favourite designs to make. If I have leftover flowers and some spare time. I will always gravitate towards my ceramic bowls and have the urge to design something beautiful with them. Which is why I am excited to be running the summer bowl workshop.

No matter what might be going on in my life and how busy I may be as soon as I’m out in my studio with my flowers for companions the outside world seems to melt away. I completely zone out and immerse myself in the beauty of the blooms. I always love how when you start creating a bowl arrangement you never quite know where the design will take you. It very much depends on the ingredients that you have to hand. This adds to the whole process being even more joyous as it allows for the element of surprise and delight.

About the Class

Come and join me for my summer bowl workshop. A relaxing and creative class. Where you can take some time out just for you to create a beautiful arrangement. Using locally sourced seasonal flowers and foliage’s. Using sustainable mechanics I shall guide you through how to create a natural inspired arrangement. In my signature garden style using a chic ceramic bowl as our vessel. The bowl and pin frog are of course yours to keep as you will be taking your arrangement home with you to enjoy.

This class is for complete beginners or those who maybe more experienced with flowers. Who perhaps would like to learn a more natural day or arranging or just would like some space to be creative and experiment. All the materials for the class are included. Along with a glass of fizz or refreshing summer drink (non-alcoholic) for you to enjoy whilst you get creative. It’s going to be a beautiful morning/afternoon and I am really looking forward to welcoming you to the studio!

The class is to be held in my garden studio in Sidcup. Outside there is free on street parking and nearby public transport links. New Eltham and Sidcup station being a short distance away and the 321 bus stops at the end of the road.
